Safety TrainingThe safety management system identifies safety related training as a key element in a sustainable and effective safety program. Addressing training proactively enhances the overall safety culture, through equal participation from all levels within the organization. With this in mind Adaptable Solutions Inc.'s training department focuses on current industry and organizational trends and practices. Our goal is to provide adaptable training opportunities that are sustainable and enhance involvement at all organizational levels. Supervisor Awareness TrainingThe focus for this course is reinforcing existing knowledge and further enhancing a better understanding of the roles and responsibilities related to regulatory compliance. Safety Committee Roles and ResponsibilitiesThis course is designed to increase awareness, discuss regulatory compliance, define committee mandate and assist in identifying goals and objectives. Accident/Incident InvestigationThis course takes an in-depth look at the five W’s (Who, What, Where, When, and Why) of accident investigation related back to case studies and documentation. Joint Health and Safety Committee TrainingThis course is designed to increase awareness, discuss regulatory compliance, define committee mandate and assist in identifying goals and objectives. The course takes an in depth look at issues directly pertaining to safety committees, and at the same time the course looks at the roles and responsibilities of safety committee members directly pertaining to due diligence and the criminal code of Canada. Inspection TrainingThis course looks at all aspects of multi-disciplinary inspections. The course also outlines purpose, timelines, and documentation. Hazard / Risk Assessment and Control AnalysisParticipants will be introduced to formalized Hazard/Risk Assessment and Control Analysis tools that enables Senior Management and Safety Committees to objectively identify and score risk. Risk Control analysis will also be a valuable tool in developing appropriate risk controls and action planning. Case Studies will also be utilized in practicing with these tools. Load Securement TrainingThis course is designed to review load securement regulations and best practice guidelines. Professional Driver TrainingThis course teaches the classroom theory behind Professional driving and is supplemented by a technical, hands-on driving experience incorporating emergency driving skills and evaluations. Back Injury Prevention Part IIThis course is designed as a follow-up to our online Back Injury Prevention course. The course demonstrates proper lifting techniques and proper lift evaluation techniques. |
